Opinions: Root Pouch/Square pots?

Hey everyone! I'm going to change my setup in one of my little cupboards. Instead of 3-4 15L autopots, I want to replace them with many smaller pots using the easy2go and a tray (so an aquavalve feeding the water to the bottom of the pots) so I can run more strains, albeit with a bit more effort by the way of feeding etc. Will be doing organics, amended soils, top dresses, etc. Will definitely have to utilise a biotab or 2 in each pot to sustain the macros during the grow

Floor space is approx 110 x 55, give or take.

The options are really either a 6L plastic square pot, or a 1 gallon root pouch. I'm thinking somewhere between 5-10. The more the merrier!

Obviously they are going to be bottom-watered via the autopot-aquavalve system, and top-fed occasionally.

Ideally I'd be looking at getting an ounce or 2 from each via topping at the 4th node and training.

Any opinions on this I would love to hear, I can't decide!

:pass:

both methods will work but the fabric pots tend to raise the humidity from evaporation in my experiance anyways i used airpots and smartpots much preferred the airpots but you still get the evporation gonna try some autopots next see how like them

Did you use the airpot method using a bottom-feed system? I didnt' think that would work as the bottom of the medium is raised off the ground isn't it? :d5:

no i was top feeding but you can set up the airpot with the bottom almost touching the floor so it would be possible i seen some people mention trying it out
