We're going to see just how much we can get out of a cutting from a Zkittles OG plant (Barney's Farm from seed). The mother plant (not mine) is a beast at something like 3-foot tall and barely over a month old. The cutting was taken just as parts of her were starting to flower (the cutting came from a lower site that hadn't switched just yet). I used Remo Roots for rooting hormones and then put the cutting directly into a 2gal pot filled with coco/perlite. A clear plastic cup is being used as a humidity dome. She has been kept in 24h light until a couple of days ago (around day 12 I think, maybe 11) when she seems to have laid down roots and started to cannibalize her younger growth. Remo's VeloKelp was added as a light food source and she's under 20/4 now. Microbes will be added soon, hopefully. Fingers crossed she starts to grow.

Day 18. Her dome has been off for a few days and I went a little too hard on the kelp, but she's tough as nails and seems to be pushing out roots. Wish she'd hurry up and start pushing out leaves, not sure how much time she has before flowering. Very little I'd guess.

She definitely got burnt up, Don't kill your girl with kindness. Maybe flush her with PHed water then feed her a 1/4 or less strength of the kelp. Depending on what coco your using it might have enough NPK in it for a little as well.

Thanks but I actually just pulled her out like ten minutes ago. She had started rooting, but they got drowned out by a lousy pot design. Ah well, definitely going to try this again. This wasn't planned, just a random piece that was being trimmed.

It happens good luck with the next one
