Ok, I will germinate my seeds via wet paper towel. Once sprouted I will put them in some peat and keep moist until I have some leaves showing.

From here I am kinda lost.

Do I (carefully) tear the peat from around the roots and place that in to some composted cow manure with a little perlite mixed in?

Before you say anything, I don't have any pro-mix and I won't be able to get any for these seeds.

I don't wanna burn this batch...

Whatever you do don't mess with the roots once leaves are showing, it will only slow it down. If you are using peat, plant that directly into your medium, whatever it may be...

Surf already said it.. but i'll chime in too.

Put the whole peat and root ball into your next pot or grow bag..

I make an effort not to mess with the roots. Less stress while transplating means you won't "potentially" stunt them.

Edit:
The manure alone might be pretty hot for them. If it was me i would try to mix in some peat with it. Too bad you don't have some lime to add as well. The peat might cause PH trouble later.

I can't wait for my first seed order to come in its making me a lil crazy lately cant help myself nvr grew any auto just bagseed ordered almost 200$ in seeds ROFL

Mellow. I hope you can find some way to get some soil. Cow manure just isn't gonna cut it for you. Cow manure is pretty much a SOIL AMENDMENT and not a SOIL SUBSTITUTE. Its not nearly as hot as horse manure. It doesn't pack the nitrogen of chicken poop and doesn't have the phosphorus levels of either bat or seabird guano. Try to find some lime. Maybe some epsom salt. Even your own urine if need be.(that's urea 46-0-0 in case your wondering) till you up some halfway decent soil even if you have to use one of those little garden rakes that come in a set. Don't mix anymore than 10% of the cow manure. Cow manure is a breeding ground for fungus and mold. It is fairly good for humic acid but I don't know how to tell you to distill it. Add a couple teaspoons of epsom salt and either lime or fresh coffee grounds. Might take a small leak for some nitro then pee in a 3' circle around your plant. Water it in good but make sure it drains. if ya need to be low maintenance then tarp the ground with some plastic. Not real big though. Then cover that with some debris.

You can make a descent mix out of what's usually available at Lowes or Home Depot. Sphagnum peat moss, perlite, humus and/or your cow manure. Mix it at a ratio of about 70% peat moss, 20% perlite and 10% manure. If you can find some hydrated lime, get that also. Mix in some bone meal, blood meal and epson salts. You'll need to check the pH, which will likely be low. The hydrated lime will raise it. You'll need a pH tester. Don't bother with the $20 ones like the Rapid Test that they sell locally. Either get strips or get yourself one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/CONTROL-WIZARD-...441?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item415baea141.

Mix a sample batch, wet it with the water you intend to use, wait a day or two and then test. This mix would be considered soil less, so the pH should be around 5.8 to 6.0.
