Ya im famous for being impatiently patient. I rush in head first and wait for the chips to fall so i can deal with the consequences. If i wasnt so reckless i know the first one would have grown up. I typically top my plants so we'll see what she can handel. Ill treat her well either way.

Yeah bro just treat her as you normally do with your grows. I just want you to know the potential is there. I want be offended if it occurs.
I look at it as you are helping me out by letting me know if it was my doing or is it just her.
We can always make other arrangements if something comes up. Thanks for the help.

Day 5 - Cruella
Her second set of nodes are coming in and im sure she searching for the bottom of the 5gal pot. All in all doing well.

Day 11 - Jack Herer
Her 4th set of nodes are coming in and side branches are starting to form. I feel she will be another shorty with super tight node spacing. Maybe its a solo cup thing? PAR has been around 400 so i dont think the light is too intense. I guess ill see what the Cruella does at the same settings.

Off to a great start @DDubs, looking forward to seeing how they progress.

I had a GHS Jack Herer in my current grow, thought it was an Auto, but alas, it turned out to be a photoperiod plant, so I binned her. I wasn't sure in the first place as it was a freebie and poorly labelled, I'm sure if yours is labelled as an Auto, it will be.
What I did notice was she was fairly short with very tight internodal distance, like yours. Also she was very leafy, so you might wanna raise the lights up as much as you can to get her to stretch up a bit more. You'll also need to leaf tuck or remove big fans, but as you plan to top her anyway, I'm sure you've got that all in hand.

Day 11 - Cruella
Her fourth set of nodes are showing and doing ok. I had to prop her up the other day because her leaves were too heavy and the fan may have been too much. I mounded some soil at the base of the stem and gave her a little water. She was fine the next day. I did notice the tips of her oldet fan leaves were showing some stress. My light may have been a bit low so i moved it up to give her a PAR of 300, she may have been getting.a PAR of 400+.

Day 17 - Jack Herer
Her 7th node leaves are showing and her lower branches are starting to stretch now that i moved her away from the light a bit. Shes getting about a PAR of 300 as well.

I gave her a light feed of 1/4 dose Maxigro and she seems to be doing well with it. She has been getting a bit of BioAg Ful Humix and 1.5ml of Fishshit. Now that she is a bit bigger, I have started to just dunk the solo cup in the watering can for 20-30 seconds and letting her soak up what she will then just waiting till the cup is light to so it again.

My light has a veg (blue/white) and bloom (red/white) light switch on it. I was running with both switches on and a parchment paper diffuser to limit the intensity but decided that I would turn off the bloom just to see how she reacts. Doing that caused the temp to drop a little but i think its equalized now.

Day 16 - Cruella
Her sixth set of nodes are showing through and starting to branch out. PAR is around 300. She's doing well despite me messing around with lights and environment. Hopefully she squirts up otherwise i might hold off on topping this one.

Day 22 - Jack Herer
She had a little stretch over the past few days but was looking a bit droopy. Her leaves have a couple spots. Probably from the light nute dose i gave her the other day. I guess its plan water for a little longer.

Day 19 - Cruella
6th set of nodes are up but i was trying to wait till they unfurl so i dont accidentally nip the lower branches that are still forming. Im going away for work so for better or worse, i chopped her top this morning. I kind of thrive in chaos so why not. She's on auto pilot for a couple days. We'll see how she handled when i get back. I like going away, its fun to actually notice them growing.

Day 25 - Jack Herer
Shes doing well. Not sure how much taller she is going to get in this solo but i think she is starting to slow down.

I feel like she has some blotch fan leave. Its easier to see in the blue light. It kind of looks like a cal/mag issue but im not sure. I tried to chaulk it up to the lite nute dose but i think she might be deficient in something. Shes in a fresh soil mix with extra perlite so she might be getting hungry at this point or at least thats what i thought when i burned her eailer. Ill give her a nute shot again when i get home.
