Indoor Nutes for a Hempy Bucket

if you have calmag get some osmocote plus. 20grams /gallon grows nice plants

I'm setting up a 2 gallon bucket for my Blue Mystic Feminized Autoflower. My plan all along was OC+, but I'm still undecided about the media. I have well rinsed Hydroton in the bottom to just over the drain hole, about a cubic foot of well rinsed MG perlite, an 8 quart bag of Black Gold potting soil, some vermiculite, a gallon jug of worm castings, some OC flower and vegetable nutes....let's just say I went nuts at the Walmart & Lowes clearance sales. Now I've got myself confused as to how to set it up the rest of the way. Any suggestions?

I would drop 25% of your fert charge just above the res hole. and mix 25% in the top half media, the last 50% can be top dressed after a few weeks. I would also use just the perlite as the sump/res , hydroton takes up a lot of volume. Leave room at the top of your container because when your hempy fills with roots it will be slow to water, its nice to just fill to the rim and come back . no soil or worm castings in my hempys I keep it sterile. vermiculite is good at a 3:1 ratio to perlite that's the Og mix. with the room on top cover with a hydroton layer it will keep algae to zero, use what ever OC has the highest P in NPK oc + is 15-9-12 but has no calcium hence the need for cal/mag but if you have hard water wait and see so you dont overdo it. start with 20 grams / gallon of media you can always top dress a little more. Dont go over 10 liters for container size as that will grow trees!

Thanks son of Hempy! This is my 1st ever grow. I stuck a scuffed, soaked seed into a peat pellet 2 weeks ago tomorrow. The roots are just starting to poke out the sides and it's working on it's second node. I switched it from a single 23 watt 2700K CFL to a single 42 watt 6500K CFL a couple of days ago. It'll go into the hempy bucket tomorrow.

I've already started the grow, kinda late to use osmocote.

Grow More was popular here a while back, and cheap. Was wondering if people still liked it.

Grow More's Sea Grow 16-16-16 and 4-26-26 along with the Hawaiian Bud and Bloom are the only synthetic nutes I use until they stop making it, then I do not know what the hell I will do. It has always worked very well for me, as far as a Cal/Mag supplement I use BotaniCare's Cal-Mag Plus can never go wrong... Throw some Great White in that shit to
