So as im a huge fan of cherry tasting stuff like Dr Pepper it would be fun to make an auto that would taste like cherry.
As I come to you with my idea of this project,what would you suggest as strains to start from? I did do some diggin´around and found that AK-47 has a cherry pheno,but is there something more cherry out there?
I myself have never had the chance to taste the cherry pheno so idk how cherry the taste is.
To get the auto in the mix what would be the strain you´d use?
Please, lets toss this around and have some fun while thinking of the right ingredience.

Never tried it but emerald triangle seeds has a cherry og and I believe there is an auto version.

Nice,just looked it up at the tude.It was in the photo category, but this could be used to get the cherry flavor indeed.
Btw could someone educate me on some basic things real quick like what´s the differences on haze,kush,OG and other things like that?
Some kind of sub categories of sativa and indica?? Yes ,I´m a newborn.

I grew the cherry og and the pheno I had was more lemony. closest terp profile to cherry i've ever grown was bubblegum.

Cherry OG and Bubblegum nominated so far and the cherry didnt taste like cherry,lol
Anything else come to mind? Would kinda like to get more nominations than these,
so nobody has ever gotten any cherry flavor in their weed? Kinda hard to move forward when Im stuck in square one.
Ok, what about the auto side then,wich strain would be good to use in my scenario?
Is this a bad idea or do I have too few posts or why the lack of intrest?

Cherry haze or cherry bomb II from reeferman might be a good photo starting point. I don't know enough about autos to really recommend one, but if it were me I would go for one of the blueberry autos out there (dutch passion and auto seeds to name two seed co's). If you can find one that isn't feminised that would help your case. Also plush berry may be a good photo to go with as would black cherry soda if you could get your hands on it. To be honest I don't see any smoke reports where people have actually reported a cherry flavour specifically, but maybe the pheno is out there and it will take some searching.

You may need to employ a little patience on this forum. It is a great forum with loads of very knowledgeable and helpful members, but the only downside is that it's a bit slow. I'm sure someone with the right knowhow will come along soon enough. I have to say though, there is a lot of this information already on this forum and the rest of the web, so in the meantime I suggest you do some research, not just on which strains to cross but how to actually go about breeding effectively.

ok so now that Im relaxed,firstly thank you for your input,much appr.
Been doing some research but most companies tend to over hype the flavors so
thats why personal experience would be nice.
The AK-47 has been reworked so the cherry phenos might not be in there anymore.
It was supposed to be an easy task just to find the cherry male/female and cross em then hit it with some auto and go on from there...but as I said its been reworked so now I have to find new gear to play with.

Apparently apollo 13 and apollo 13 BX might have some cherry trait phenos. Personally I'd just try and make an Apollo 13 auto cos that shit sounds awesome.

Just came back to edit this post cos I did some reading and apparently you might be better off trying to get a cherry pheno of slyder from sagamartha.
