New Grower *Now a regular grow 2 coco 3 gal and 1 dwc 1 gal - Delicious seeds Blue ace cbd

Yes I think you all knew what was going to happen and it just doesn't work. I cannot get humidity down. Temps are fine but I don't know co2 level. No heat stress but F this.

Throwing out the exhales, going to a ventilated tent. Aiming for 24-26 c 50% rh (Please advise if not good for autos)
Lights are at 20/4 (This is what delicious recommends)
Take with a grain of salt my lux reading of the light but its what I get. I have read they are pretty accurate.

Yes probably using a different growing medium in the same tent isn't great. But I will have more in control now so all should get what they need. If not I will make provisions.

I will break out the other tent for the two cocos if needed.

Thanks for the advice, I will check in weekly but probably more often. See what a ts1000 can do!

Day 8 for the Ace Autos - The back left one and the de-humidifier had a difference of opinion. Snapped at the stem but healed.
Hey @Brosterbeater, the plants are starting fine, as already pointed out, the back left might be a bit wet. Definitely have a look at the VPD charts, they will give you an accurate picture of the temperature combinations that you can shoot for. Lots of temperatures are ok, some better than others, but if you get the humidity sorted for the temperature, you can be golden at many temperatures. Good thing to learn about for growing this stuff. Likely more important than fiddling with CO2 IMHO.

Don't worry about more than one medium in the tent - if the DWC gets happy, there won't be room for the other two.

Get that other tent ready...:goodluck:

Ok i cracked the top vent to vent humidity and heat. Its gone down to 60%RH and temp is a good 84.2 f

I WILL be checking the co2 ppm levels tomorrow so we will have an idea on these bags!!

Co2 is heavier then air. So maybe it will stay in. I will do two tests. First with it being closed for a while. 2nd with it open.

They look a lot happier now though!

Photo - Day 8 (Changes ~ Lowered RH by 25 points/ Dropped light to 18"/ All other variables remain unchanged) - Tent looks ripped bottom left. it is. But covered other side with sailing patch.

Ok, so interesting results.

With two exhale bags and one XL bag in a 2 x 2 tent and an open top vent I am getting around 1,200 ppm apparently.

I took one sample for now. I have two test tubes. I had some trouble, slipped off the tube, went too slow. So I got about 800-1,000 ppm.

I gave it just a few CC more of the air from the tent and it jumped to 1500-2000 depending on your eye. I think It's safe to say their is co2.

How much, probably over 1000 less then 1400. So that's weirdly good. I have read you should aim for 48,000 lux when at this level. I will adjust light accordingly.

Cool?!:baked:

That’s cool, you have Co2 ..... watch lowering lights too close, they are youngsters and don’t need a lot of light - it’s ok if you don’t get all the benefits of co2 right now - more important as they get older and start to flower .....

If you see “light avoidance“ such as leaves turning inward or curling on the leaf tips, move light up - you have a larger light and small tent!

Well day 11 from sprout is done. Co2 is up and lights came down again. No sign s of heat stress however my pH wasn't really where I want it. Pretty base for coco. Rear left was not happy. Brought it down to 5.8 and see how they do with the light about.. 16 inches. No heat stress. Very cool!

Note* For various reasons lights died for around 12 hours during one of these days.

Should i trim off those small long colas that look small and far from main cola?

How did these turn our? How was the exhale bag? did you see much difference?
