not sure how to get rid of threads

Hey so im new to this so just a heads up :smokeit:.

First thing id like to stat off with is there are these brown spots on this plant. I think it was calcium I did a full flush and have not seen anymore appear (added more nutrients after) I believe i may have stunted it with nutrients burn as well however I may be wrong.

I believe it is something to do with the lights however I am probably wrong. Yes I know these too lights are shit I didn't know at the time of buying that they was this bad and that amazon let these companies put fake PPFD ratings on them. If anyone could help me that would be great.

If it isn't the light I'm guessing its because of the burn? Because of the low PPFD I have had the lights about 6-7 inches away Ik this is way too close but these LEDs do not seem to give that much heat off however the one behind the one I'm showing has curled in leaves which could be a thing from the heat however i believe this is from over watering this specific plant.

Or am I just being a complete idiot and this size isn't even that bad.

I'm growing in 5 Gallon Pots with canna coco pro without perlite ik this is bad.

The nutrients/template Im following is this https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...xp42ATvDqn1zRCLauGH0fUP9gKg5FfRv6IwwN4mr3uTJ0 however I have started to only give the plant nutrients once maybe twice a week and have learn that it isn't good to feed them it every day for beginners also readying this now I have not given a light soil mix if anyone could help me on what this mix could be for next time that would be great or even one I can add now.

Any help is much appreciated!

These are the two LEDs I am currently using:

What makes you so sure it is entirely the lights. The lights are but one piece of the puzzle.

Water, temp, humidity, etc all factor in. I don't think it is entirely or predominantly light related though. Do you believe everything else is dialed in appropriately?

Hey so temp normally sits anywhere from 26-28C during the day (not too sure on night ill let you know when i can) Humidity was kept around 60% day/night in seedling/veg now its 50% during day and I believe 60% at night however I may be wrong. When it comes to water i use normal tap water however the untense i use says it has ph altering stuff in it. I have ordered a ph tester and I am stupid for not getting one sooner aha.
