Today, day 23 above dirt, 3/4 show definitive male balls. Mr Pink and Mr White were culled to make space. Mr Yellow will be allowed to mature so I can collect pollen.
Mr/s Blue ... The more I look at the picture the more I am thinking male. But for now it lives. @pop22 what do you think?

Going to pop the remaining 4 seeds of this run, and start again. Will keep this open in case Mr/s Blue shows female, and to show how I collect pollen if anyone is interested.

And definitely, sadly, all 4 are male. I will let them go for another couple of weeks, and show how I collect pollen. Then I'll sterilize the room.
It happens, right? I'm ok with it. I have no production quotas to meet or anything like that. So I'm ok with it.
And my 4 remaining seeds from the producer have all popped their roots and I'll put them in the dirt today.
Ok so here is how I've decided to try it this time.
There is minimal wind movement, save for the fan on the COB that keeps it cool, which is fine since the RH is low enough now that I have to spray the plants. So I decided to try a gravity-feed pollen collector!
Or, in normal human terms, a paper bag with the bottom cut off, placed on the plant, and twist-tied around the bottom. As you can see, the plant is full of balls and in a few days or a week lots will have burst. When I figure it is about time, I will pull out the plant, and put it into a plastic bag, upside down, and shake all the collected pollen out of it. Then I'll put that into a sterile container and refrigerate it.
