I have a very busy runt which is less than 3 inches and all vegged like yours and the other plants normal but I am going to leave it be and post some pictures of it as it is just starting to flower although I need my glasses to see those micro shoots - I was telling a buddy that I expect one gramme from the plant - in my case I think it is coz I am an amateur and make many mistakes

Autoflower plants are unique! There were a few, that I know my actions affected the growth pattern (i.e., small container, transplanted too late, broke the main stem, shocked the roots, etc...) but for the most part it seems the first 3 weeks are crucial, as the larger they are by this point the better they seem to do.

As of late, all my auto starts have been showing the first pistils within days 18 - 22 from seed. From there, their final size has been 75% luck, or so it seems.

Northern Light x Big Bud Auto
The name says "big bud", not necessarily big plant. Though the plants are under the 16" mark (compensating for LST), the colas are big &the buds thick & dense. Much like it's Northern Light heritage, there is little aroma to them unless agitated. At six weeks of bloom now, I'd be surprised if these go past 8 weeks until they are ready for harvest, but we'll see...

The Haze Auto
My not knowing what a regular Haze is like (other than being really sativa dominant) leads me to wonder what Dinafems photoperiod offering is like.

This Haze Auto looks nothing like the "regular" version I've seen in pics, this has wide fat Indica leaf structure, as well the classic "menorah" phenotype where the lower branches are all as tall as the main cola, thick gnarly ball-like bud masses but with an aroma that must be experienced to explain, sweet, floral... it is anything but skunk or diesel!

Another Northern Light Auto (in-house pollenated seed)

NLAo-day29-DSCN2768-533x400.jpg

Day 29 from seed, first pistils declared at day 20.

This is the latest specimen from the in-house pollenated seeds we got off of our original Nirvana Northern Light Autoflower grow. She's just under 18" tall (before the bend) at day 29 from seed, LST begins.

Praying for the "Purple Phenotype"
All the seeds including the original 5 have all auto'ed and the phenotypes could be split into 3 groups.

1. A small-ish, very dense, skunk & incense aromas, usually yeilding 24 - 28+ grams a plant.

2. Very similar to the above phenotype, but a larger plant & better producer, typically 60+ grams

3. The Purple Pheno. There has only been one in all the seeds so far, it was the second seed form the original Nirvana batch. Tall, lanky node spacing, began to go purple at about week 3 of bloom. 90+ grams.

It's not even so much the yield, of #3 the Purple Pheno but her amazingly perfumy sweet, incense like aromas, reminiscent of "Smurfberry Crunch cereal" on the palate with hints of hashish...

The elusive Purple Pheno... Only one of its kind so far.

Ah, but I digress! Point is, thus far we have larger and very lanky as traits... Fingers crossed.

That purple pheno looks amazing!!!

Doesn't it though? Lol! It's the aromas I miss most. Oh, and that wonderful happy, sedating effect too!

I don't know what a photoperiod Northern Light is like, but i hope this or a similar pheno is within the range, as you can't do cuttings from an auto, efficiently anyways.

ohhh my god thos NL look super nice to me! and the smoke report even more makes me wanna fast forward time !!! got some growing atm, also nirvana ones... maybe u can take a look (check the link below) if they look any like yours did!

Nice report, just found this wile searching for the Northern Lights autoflower strain. IT sounds like a very tasty and easy to grow strain. I was wondering how the high was overall? more uplifting or heavy and couch-locking?

Got five fem seeds earlier in the year. Been putting off doing a N/L grow. After viewing this thread; it's my next Micro Grow.Hop digity
