Plant was growing fine then had a odd shaped leaf no new growth in almost a week from top looks like lower leaf has new sprouts should I top. This is jack 47 xl at 15 days

That is a odd mutation for sure... honestly not sure what to tell you as I'm pretty new at this bit definitely doesnt look like any nodes on the top of those leaves that look like they have formed into one... seems a bit early to top but your right doesnt look like any new growth will form there. Although I could be wrong and it just might.. either way those two branches below will eventually make their way up about those two if they dont developed any new growth... I'd let an actual expert guide you on this one though
