Nitrogen shock ??? HELP

When I came home from work, both my plants looks scary :-(

I think it's Nitrogen overdose, but I don't know..
Please what could I do quickly, they are not finished there bud yet.

How close to done are they, it's common for lower leaves to yellow at the end. The plant will eat itself.
