Got a few shots of the older ladies out of the tent. Quality of the pictures are no good but I must say these two are producing some seriously nice bud!!

3 Bears og Day 75. Will come down in 5-7 days. She's a beast.

Will come down in about 5-7 Days as well. She ripened up quicker than I expected.

Tent shot. Walter White is hidden in the back. The little bush is being LST'd and I don't know shizzz about photo for sure.

Other notes

Walter White grew an inch along with Hesienberg special in a night. I'll start expecting about 1-2 inches every 24hrs.

I use the Canna coco line. With protekt Silica and botanicare cal-mag plus. It's the hempy bucket that gives me the size. Poor man's hydro. .

It's a coco hempy bucket. I use 2 gal buckets.

Drill a hole 2 inches from the bottom of the bucket. I usually do about 2-1/2 as the hole gets bigger. This will be your reservoir. I fill the bottom of the bucket just past the hole with perlite. (Gonna try hydro balls again soon they work) Then I mix about 80% coco to 20% perlite. The last inch or so I use just coco and I stack it all the way to the Rim of the bucket as the coco will settle.

Any questions feel free to ask as you will see there are a million different theories or ways to do a Hempy bucket. And lists of contradicting stuff. I just took the basics and worked on dialing it in.

Man prepare to be pestered, this method is new to me but looks like you get awesome results !! What's the estimated/average yield your pulling from a 2 gallon bucket ?

I'm going to be doing some serious research into this technique. Would it also work with soil ?

...ok I've just done some homework on this !! This is great and I've got to give it a go for sure !!! I don't think this is popular in the uk/eu yet. I will probably just give one a go among my next run. Is it right you can also do it in pretty much pure perlite and vermiculite? I was wondering how you was getting those results without using dwc I suppose the principles are similar.

@Nabzter All good bro ask away. Good question on average yield. Chem city blues was about 90 grams, Hubbabubbasmelloscope 150 something grams. Before I started using any boosters. (was dialing things in). SODK X Fantasmo Express 208 grams plus another 2oz I held aside for edibles tinctures. Toofless Alien 166 grams. I expect the 3 bears og and Sour Stomper x Skywalker to give me over 300 grams together. No real training (leave tuckuing) so yield could still be even greater. I will attempt a 3-1/2 gallon (us gallon) in near future to see if it does anything different... haha

I would not use soil. Needs to be hydro medium of some kind. I attempted Perlite with vermiculite and it works. I will say I did this in 5 gallon buckets with smaller stains Sour crack and Deep Blue C and the Veg growth was super slow. I then tried the smaller bucket and got better results but still very slow. I have grown veggies in perlite, vermiculite for kicks and also practice and they get HUGE!!!! SO in my opinion a Photo strain could rock a perlite, vermiculite mix but with autos you can only veg so long. When the roots hit the res in a Hempy bucket they start to explode. One thing I will also add is I stay pretty light on nutrients compared to what is directed. You do not need to water very often in Veg but expect to water 1-2 times a day depending on plant and conditions in flower. Worth it in my opinion plus I am always in the tent.

I switched to coco and took what I had learned and started growing monsters. I did not expect this size of plants but I will not complain. I did years of reading on lots of methods and for some reason the Hempy bucket would not leave my mind. Its simple and effective. I will explore other ways eventually. I wanna try a fully organic grow and see how the bud differs. I am ranting now... stoned!
