So, I haven't started growing yet, but I've been doing tons of research. However, I haven't seen much on organic fertilizers for mj.
I was thinking about liquid fish/kelp fertilizer mixture for the veg stage and then bone meal for the flowering stage.

Also, I found a soil mixture that contains peat, compost, vermiculite, and perlite. Do most of you mix your own soils? Or buy?

Favorite places to buy feminized autoflower seeds?

Thanks in advance!!

@DravenSaDawna :welcome:Welcome to AFN:welcome: Respect for doing the research before torturing some seedlings.

When you grow organic you need to change your thinking a bit. You do not "fertilize" the plant; you feed the soil/microbes and they in turn feed the plant.

If you can find Sohum living soil it is a good base for an organic grow. This is just the start after your grow is going you need to learn how and when and what to feed your soil. I am a hydro guy indoors and I grow organic outdoors in my vegetable garden.

@Proph and @WildBill are organic growers and you can learn a lot from them.

I am a seed whore. I buy seeds anywhere I can make an easy payment. Unless I really want the strain badly then I will do Bitcoin.

:goodluck:

Yeah, I'm in the states. I'm not sure what route to go. One reason is to hopefully avoid flushing near the end of flowering.

Thanks! I appreciate it. Crossing my fingers I won't run into too many problems. I'm going to look that soil up.

If you have room for a few totes to sit in one place for a couple of months, get ready for a very easy grow with beautiful girls with fat rock hard buds and no need fer a silly ass flush!
Run thru hecno 's big thread and absorb.......note what's under his screenname!!!
Start from the newest post and work your way back.

I'm learning container growing, but I do have a little organic history. :joy::biggrin:

i realize it'z not alwayz possible when first startin out, but tbh, the best route is to make up ur own soil, handz down  on the whole, it duzn't really cost that much & trust me, with good geneticz, a water only grow is a walk in the park :smoking: and since ur here in the statez, there'z quite a few us based seedbankz now that carry all the top breeder'z beanz ;) ppp

I was actually thinking of making my own soil mix.
