Newbie needs help

This guy just came out of ground a week ago and I spotted these marks on the leaves today. Is my light to close maybe? It's under a hlg 65

she looks very wet sometimes water just sitting on leafs with light can damage them but hold back let her dry out i keep a plastic cup over mine for 4 to 5 days at start to help with humidty

The water was just from me wetting down the soil. I took it off of her

soil can be to hot for seedlings somtimes

just keep an eye on spots hope you don't get any more its eary days all new growth maybe fine from now on first couple of leafs brown and fall of any way
