Newbie needing help !

Neem isn't something I use much, actually never indoor. I have used in the past outdoor, but not preventative.

We need a closer normal light pic to be sure, but I don't think it's PM,... probably some dried residue from watering.... do you have very hard water?
Spraying seedlings is fine under the right conditions; proper T and RH%, some air movement, and it's fine,... main concern is damping off/fungal attack when these are out of whack,... otherwise, foliar feeding is a common practice across the whole horti-industry, and a damn effective one when done properly with the right products- ... nute splash burn is a near urban myth I believe; yes it can potentially burn if you use a very strong solution and it dried out on the surface, but that level of conc. would also likely burn the roots as well... Regardless, foliar applications are more dilute than drenches....

I just took some updated pics this morning ! Do these pics reveal enough quality ? Day 18 here. Ricky is the plant with the weird marking on one of the leaves. It doesn’t appear to be getting any bigger really..But keeping a close eye on it for sure !
I do use regular old tap water form my sink and bring it down to the proper ph. But I am very cautious to not get precipitation on any of the leaves during watering. Hoping this is just some birth mark for the plant or something haha

yup, like i say, sumtimez leavez, jus like people, get "weird" markz, lol and while ur concern is noteworthy, it'z nothin to fret over, cuz if nuthin else, thoze leavez will be gettin snipped sooner or later anyway, so... but, what me really wanna know, jus outa curiosity, hehe, is why u give ur girlz guy namez i mean, me name my girlz too, but with girly namez, cuz well, they're girlz, lol jus idle enquiry is all... ppp

May I ask why mix grow and bloom nutes together? I always use grow nutes until the stretch stops and then switch over to bloom.

To be complete honest ! I’m not totally sure why! I’ve just following a simple regimen/schedule I found on YouTube. “Seed to stoned” is his YouTube name

not PM for sure,.. any surface residue can wipe off, but that look like a color break in the leaf itself? test it and see,.. either way nothing to sweat here....:smoking:
mixing grow/bloom is OK during transition, to get a more even ratio but it's not really necessary... and it very much depends on the actual NPK ratios and dosage conc.... example: if I have a plant eating N out of the fans too early, I'll slip a little grow in the bloom nutes to ease that off some,...
