Hey great to meet you man! I bet you will grow some great pots with the summers there, and you have some of the best auto genetics in the world coming from your country!(delicious, sweet, mephisto) Good luck on your grow.

Welcome Buddy,

There are many hobby/personal growers at this site. I 100% grow for myself. I love the varieties you can stack yourself with running autos.

This is absolutely the best site you will find for knowledge and ideas on Autos.

Thanks for the welcome guys ! Im hoping to keep it simple. As i said before, im doing this just for a bit of fun/hobby. I dont want to spend a large amount of money on my set up etc, but having said that i do want it to turn out as good as possible. Im lucky to live in a part of the world where we have coffeeshops so i can easily just go and get whatever i want, this is just for a bit of entertainment. Im busy doing my research at the moment and have a list of questions/things to find out before i start (hopefully in around a month when the weather is a little better, although i do have a neighbour who has grown on his terrace all winter as i can see them from my own terrace)

Amazon Prime = DISCRETE!! They also have everything you need.

thanks for the advice, there is a grow shop a few minutes from my place so ill probably grab everything from there, unless amazon works out much cheaper.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome !!! im really looking forward to getting started and keeping you updated

Welcome!!! Hey if you're in Barcelona, be sure to someday check out some seeds by our friends here Mephisto Genetics! Another world class seed producer Sweet Seeds is out of Spain too!

im sure i will. I ordered my seeds yesterday and im planning to start in about a month, when im getting a bit more sunlight and warmth on my terrace, at the moment im getting about 8 hours of direct sun and its around 22 degrees c/72 degrees f. It should be much more in another month

Hi Deckard:

I love GSC and I too am growing some of those girls right now, three to be exact:

GSC_seedlings.jpg

These have been in soil for about 3-4 weeks, depending. I usually transplant sprouted seedlings into soil 4" pots with 1/2 strength soil. When they get this size (roots have penetrated most of the soil) I stick'em in full strength "special sauce", as seen in the center plant above. I found these great 16 liter pots; they are low in height, which is good for my low-height grow room. I'll plant another one in a 16 l pot to go outside real soon now. The third will go into an 11 liter pot (my usual) and into the grow room.

I am also doing 3 Northern Lights the same way, big and small pots inside, big pot outside. I had good luck with a patio grow last year, but I used 8.5 liter pots, so I had pretty small plants. They were mixed in with other plants, and very few people noticed. Stealth grow! I live in Alaska and so its legal to grow outside (with some restrictions). My stealth concern was more about theft than anything else.

Good luck

awesome ! my seeds arrived today, 3x Fastbuds GSC Feminised Auto, plus one free additional seed, i have no idea what it is as its not marked. I love gsc but its not very common here in Barcelona, ive only seen it on the coffeeshop menu once and really enjoyed it... so thats why i chose to grow this strain.
Great to see your grow WXguy, i had a question about if its best to start in a small pot and then transplant them to a larger pot... or just to start in the large pot, you seem to being doing great that way. Im planning on germinating two of the seeds and hopefully growing the two plants, that way if i kill them or screw it up in some way i have another two seeds in waiting, also i have about 6 months of summer just arriving so i can hopefully do two grows in that period.
Weed is pretty much legal here so people dont really care if you are growing a small amount at home for personal use, ill still stick to the stealth method though ! Planning on starting to germinate them the first week of May. I think im ok with the germination process i just need to figure out my soil and what i need to add to it etc.
Once again cheers for all the help and welcome, ill start a separate thread for the grow diary when i begin.

Hi guys. All of my equipment to get myself started arrived today, along with some free seeds from the grow shop which was nice. I was planning to start germinating the first two gsc seeds but the weather forecast here is a bit shitty for the next week, its around 20-15c (70-55f) but not very sunny, lots of cloud and thunderstorms predicted. So im thinking i might wait another week or a few days at least. Cant wait to get started ! I will start a new thread when i start germinating. I found out what my free seed from the gorilla seedbank is. It is an auto lemon, lemon skunk x lowryder 2 IMG_0212.JPG IMG_0213.JPG
