New Grower Newbie, grow#2? Ginger punch autofem

Nice plant, hope mine does that well. Yeah paid shipping and handling got 230g coming. Will be here Monday! Did the math... At 3g per gallon that's 70 gal. It says to go to 5g during flower though... Haven't done that much math yet lol

So there is no change to my seed, it popped open and then nothing. Like I said I can see the Taproot but it didn't extend any farther than the seed being open a little...should I just plant and see? Still keeping it moist...

How long has it been in that condition, J.P.? If more than a couple days, chances are you have a bad seed. I have heard of beans taking a week to pop, and being fine. I haven't heard of a bean halfpopping and stopping and then restarting. I guess it doesn't hurt to plant it, though. Stuff happens for the first time all the time!

Sounds dead or drowned, hasn't it been a few days? Try aspirin in the water next time, supposed to help with hatching girls.

Thanks pigskinfantasy and rollin_along.figured by now it would be a goner... Not having great luck trying to grow indoors. Blackberry got burnt, ginger punch didntd make it... WEMBLEY OR BUST LOL. Just kidding but that'll be the last autofem I got. If that one don't make it gotta go with local photoperiod seeds. Prob veg them until they're 3 or 4 wks then flower... Or 12/12 straight? Not sure yet

I was losing the battle until I switched to 12/12 and kept dark from 11 am to 11 pm. Probably would do that from the beginning if I could.

Sucks if your out of beans. I soak for between 12&24 hours and drop in soil with a dome and mist once a day. Could just be bad luck or beans though.

Prob a little of both rollin_along, soak for 12-24 hrs then to soil...might try that. Also will be changing my schedule to account for day heat
