Indoor New Year & New Strain

:pighug: We like being spoiled Mr. B'! ...and Gennaro was a spoiler, so you have big shoes to fill- :crying::thanks::worship:
I'm looking forward to the descriptions of these nice strains mate, especially that Mimosa C'! Can you offer up some info yet about their outdoor suitability, mold resistance? Mr.G has already told me about Critical Sour- :eyebrows:....
I'm loving the Skunk Special grown last season! Both turned out to be the sweet fruity/floral pheno's (alas, I was hoping to get some stanky pheno'), but it's so rich and tasty it's hardly a let down... Wonderful buzz and solid potency! dry bud is super sweet fruity/lemon PEZ, some floral and a tickle of something spicy...

Hi Waira,

thanks for stopping by, hope all is well :)
About the outdoor suitability of Mimosa Champagne. That's a good question but being honest with you I still don't have that much info on that matter.
Actually, I would love to find someone who could run a grow of Mimosa C. outdoor, I think it could do some magic ;)
Interesting pheno of the Skunk S. you got there; that one is less stinky than the usual and more common "cat piss smell" (pheno) indeed.

And descriptions are coming very soon too!:headbang:

Best,
Mr B.

:toke: G'Day Mr.B...
Well, I'm trying to put together her parents for at least getting some sort of idea about her mold resistance,... Mimosa is Larry OG x Purple Punch, but "Champagne" is less certain. I see a few things with this name. Do you know the parentage of it? I found Champagne Kush, a Burmese x Hash Plant cross....
Also, with all these "Indica" dominant parent strains going in so far, I'm not following how this is a "Sativa dominant" strain? I do realize these are conventional terms, botanically not correct, but whether it's called Indica or WLD, you get the gist..

Actually, both Skunk Special's grown were nearly the same; a friend adopted my extra seedling, and we swapped buds after harvest. His was a bit more spicy in aroma,... I seem to have odd luck with Female's pheno's! Did you happen to see my Outdoor Grapefruit 2 seasons ago? Gennaro was quite impressed with her, she made the Instagram page -... one of the nicest plants I have grown to date! Her aroma however was totally Easy Sativa, hardly a note of citrus and apparently a very rare throwback pheno' in that regard,... ..... As for SkSp, I'll try her again someday to stay on the search for skunky-stank.. I've had a cat pee strain of uncertain origin in the past, I mean nose burning strong , but still somehow enticing! The smoke was quite different though, really nice unique profile and bloody potent....

:woohoo: Already saw them at your site!... looks promising :smoking:...Interesting, Skunk Special mixed in the Cherry Pie,... flavor nuances and speed too added I bet! My Skunk was very quick, about 6 weeks.... showed impressive mold resistance too BTW!
MCh, I can't find much reliable info about either parent so it's hard to assess her potential mold resistance... If you can reach out to the breeders, they will know something I'm betting.... Pending a serious red flag on that, I'm in for a trial run! :headbang:

Received my beans in Ca today.
Auto gelato, Cherry pie and momosa champange.

About the breeders. I will definitely need to ask if they have any news on that matter. As soon as I will get a reply I will let everyone know ;)

Take care and have a wonderful day,
