New to - Colloidal Silver Questions

I made my first batch the other night. It was fairly clear when I first made it. I put some in a spray bottle and it has gotten some sunlight but I noticed it turned a little yellow. I went back to the batch which has been in glass and in the dark and it has also turned like light urine yellow.

Is it normal for it to change colors? I'm not drinking it it is just for the plants, is it still going to work?

Are there any signs that it is working before the male parts form? Some hairs seem to be less bright white but they are not dying off. It's only been about half a week.

Should I just make another batch?

from what you have said imo it should be fine , my C.S is clear and if kept in the dark it remains clear , had some at 5 months that was still clear

however , ive seen many other peoples C.S that was quite yellow , some very dark almost black , and some lookin like a silver soup , all of them claimed theirs worked

too high makes too big , to low just doesnt seem to work from what others have claimed , could simply be that it takes way longer then expected though , ive not tried that myself , maybe i will some time soon for shits n giggles and to be able to update my thread

I went with low and we'll see how it goes. It occurred to me that the gold color that formed in mine might have been the silver distributing evenly in the solution. I did not mix while it was being made and the particles I saw in the laser were like wisps of smoke before couldn't find my laser this morning to check the gold color out. Hope it works

Mine didn't show male flowers until about 35 days of treatment. It never did lose all its female flowers, just stopped putting out new ones. Leaves turned a bit wrinkly and showed a yellowish green color like green olives. Eventually the very tips got real busy looking and shortly thereafter showed male flowers. I used homemade C/S solution which checked about 40 ppm, made with distilled water, two silver dimes and a 9volt battery. Took about 36 hours to make it.
