If a new seedbank was to open up. What kind of things would you want to see in this seedbank?

What do you guys hate and love about certain seedbanks.

Your opions would be greatly appreciated

3. Sent out for delivery confirmation and expected arrival time
4. Prompt communication should issues arise
5. Up to date inventory on website
6. Pay pal money transfer (not a fan of sending cash in the mail)

What would be the safest way of sending money on-line.
Does anyone use online money transfer through their banks?

****** PP is pretty safe ain't it ? Never used it though. Some people's own bank have secured payment options when paying online. Asks for their password etc

Heard mixed things about pp
Any privacy issues with that? I heard sometimes they block your account for a couple of days/months with no reason

I would look for -

Not having to go through customs.

Reliable seeds.

Reliable customer service.

Just had nightmare with CA. breeder, that sent garbage seeds. Out of 13 seeds, 4 crushed easily, 4 never opened, and 5 opened, and stalled. Also, they were twenty a piece. Send numerous e-mails, with no response.
