New grower

It seems like you are right on track. There is no specific amount of water to feed, 2L is fine for that size of pot, and you could probably get away with watering every other day right now. My plants are currently 6 weeks old and get 4L each every 2 days. I let that pot dry slightly before I feed again and it works well for me! I’ll start feeding daily once I notice the pots drying out each day.

Awesome! Wow looking great. Thank you again for all your info I look forward to keeping you updated on how it keeps going

Best advice is don’t overthink anything, keep it simple! My first grow I was paranoid about everything, and now im just like let the plants do all the work! Easy mode. They’re pretty hardy plants, and unless you straight up kill her you won’t have any problems making it to harvest!
Great advice! I keep telling myself I need to just leave her alone and let it do it’s thing but that overthinking tends to always get the best of me haha

Hello. First off I want to thank everyone who contributes to this site because I have learned a lot from you guys so far. This is my first grow and I already have come across mistakes and things I will change for the next. I am growing in coco coir under a 300W viparspectra LED. It’s a single auto OG plant. I purchased the line of General Hydroponics nutes and the botanicare cal mag. I have PH tested the water to between 5.5-6.3. I will say I have not PH the soil due to not having a tool right now or knowing that it was really needed at first. The plant is about 12 days old from sprouting currently and it’s showing signs of what I think is nitrogen toxicity. It’s already getting spots and what looks like “clawing”. I have been following a big YouTuber and trying my best to replicate what he does. After 7 days I was feeding 2ml cal mag; 1ml micro; 1ml gro; 0.5ml bloom to a gallon of water. I’m going to give it some regular clean water but will this start to clear up and is it fixable? I apologize for being such a noob and the not so great pics but go easy on me I appreciate any advice and tips I can get! Well about 2 days later and she’s still not looking too good guys. I’m still going to keep riding it out but I don’t know how the outcome will be. I may be overthinking it still who knows lol here’s some pics of where’s she’s at. leaves have some bad spots all over and look just very brittle. The new leaves seem to be okay but the others are all in rough shape and I feel as if the new ones will start to turn to this just like the others did. it just seems like it isn’t very “healthy” at all but maybe you guys can clarify that more for me. Hope everyone has an awesome day! :smoking::cools:.

an eejit soil grower :haha: they say ya cant overwater in coco...not stritctly true after about week 3,4.a small seedling dont need a lot so it ramps up as it gets older.
has a slight look of overwatered.
some brands of coco need buffereng with a shit tone of calmag prior to starting, other brands dont.
should never use plain water on coco, allways with about 300ppm of cal/mag (but dont quote me on the 300 it could be anything)
good stuff from blue :pass:
good luck n keep er lit

Thanks Archie! ive debated on starting over since I’ve found so many things I’d do differently and mistakes I made in the beginning but then I think I should keep this one going lol I can unfortunately only do one at a time right now. As you mentioned with the over watering, I myself from the beginning think I overwatered and it just hasn’t really recovered. I’m enjoying this process so much though and learning what I’m doing wrong!

for a lot of illegal lonely secret growers...unfortunately by making mistakes is the only way to learn.a stunted plant will still produce just not as much :smokeit:
im a big fan of perprtual grows,if theres anyway ya can get another seed started before this one comes down:smoking: can be a long long time between harvests.knocking a few weeks off that means we dont need such good harvests to avoid running outa smoke :pass:
keep er lit
