shes actually giving off a nice smell. not much happening. Growing well. Trying to find my sweet spot with tent temp. Cold spell came around and really cooled things off. but, I think I got her dialed in again.
Day 47 No topping on her. Lst training started when she popped 4th node, layed her down and continued through vegging, training other branches in the process to spread out plant. minor lst adjustments here and there. some defoliation ,not much

Does a 50mm prime work well for frosty shots? But not for trichs right? I am not going to get a macro lens at this point. and trying to use what I have.

any short prime lens will work for frosty shots, prime lens are sharper than lets say a 18-55mm kit lens. its your lighting that is going to be what really shows the frost and details.

I dont use a flash, I only use available light I have from the grow lights. The Cobs I run are super bright, I shoot at the lowest ISO and adjust from there, typically I shoot manual mode and shoot around 1000th-1200th of a sec in the bright light (basically shooting in full sun) It can depends on what lens you are using also, a faster lens requires that you shoot at a faster shutter speed to let less light in , as not to blow your exposure . To help capture the frost, I play with shooting angles to let the light reflect off the trichs , or use shadows to help achieve depth to help with the affect.
