I am growing in soil and I assume you are growing hydroponically thus the "reservoir? I apologize but I'm still not sure what your question is.

In all my reading and research prior to attempting to grow weed I did see "autopot" mentioned a few times but I never researched until now. Sounds like a promising method for growing.
I grow in 7 gallon bags, so obviously I add nutes by emptying gallon jug directly to soil.
During my autopot research I did see a question asked which relates to your question. Not sure if helpful but this is what I found. "You should not attempt to use organic fertilisers in solution (fed via the reservoir and pipework) when growing in an AutoPot Watering System - doing so will potentially block the pipework. When using an AutoPot Watering System apply organic fertilisers via hand watering ONLY. Turn off your AutoPot Watering System 24hrs before each application.Leave your AutoPot Watering System switched off for 24hrs after each application."
