Hi im frome norway so my english can be a bit slow ore bad
I growing with a 90w led ufo.
hov close to the plant must i have the light? if i have it to close it only give light to 1 plant some advise??

How big is your grow space?
and
How many plants?

In my opinion your 90 watt led would be ok for one plant maybe two...
In veg I'd keep it 18-22 inches above the canopy
In flower 8-12 inches above the canopy

I only have experience with 240 watt leds though...

Welcome to AFN and the New Growers forum. The information Robwars gave you on LED light height is correct. Higher in veg so they stretch properly and lower in flower so the buds get big and dense.

Thanks guys for a warm welcome Thanks for all teh usefull innformation! I yust puted inn 4 ekstra CFL23w 1200L-2700k.
Think thath solved the problem whith the buds not growig propperly.
no they have startet to grow and looking fine.
