Hey guys I just joined this community! My names mike and I have plants in a 2x2x4 tent under 600 watt LED lamp. They are on a 20/4 light cycle. I’m feeding them success nutrients as needed. This morning I noticed one of my seedling drooping!! What’s wrong? Need help guys! Any criticism or feeds are much help!

Maldonado, the two in the back are autoflowers and the two upfront are not, they are exactly 1 week behind. The autos are two weeks old in soil.. this upcoming Saturday. The two upfront are one week old in soil this Saturday. Is this a bad idea? Need expert advice since this is my first grow. Thanks guys
-Mike

the pictures are from this morning at around 7:00am
The auto in question (drooping) is the one in the far left in the back.

Couple things come to mind..
Too close to the light can be a problem..:but doesnt seem to be the case here.
Often the problem is over watering...? Are you drowning your plant?
What is the ph of your water?

Hey MrToad thanks for the reply. I’m not going to lie, I don’t have a pH checker. :( I just ordered one though. Because that was exactly my thought on this.. a year ago I did a grow almost exactly like this, regular soil and no nutrients and I got great results actually lol. This time around, I got a tent, better soil. ( promix hp) better lighting and excellent nutrients. I mist the plants once to twice a day, I just gave them 1 gallon of water with nutrients between the four of them yesterday. Is that too much? I had run off water afterwards between the four of the girls

Im guessing you've watered to much..If you lift the pot, you can get a bit of an idea as to how heavy it feels relative to when you put the soil in the pot..(gauge how much water is in soil)

Your call now as to what to do..

It looks like you have plenty of perlite in there so it should dry out in a reasonable amount of time..Perhaps just hold off on watering for a bit..Overwatering is one of the most frequent mistakes by new growers...

If you think its really saturated with water..you can scoop out a little soil around the plant and replace with dry soil around the edge...dont disturb roots..If you make these mistakes with Autos you can stunt them and it will affect harvest..

Hello @Mykal2101 ...Welcome to the forum..great advice from @MrToad above, about lifting the pot and everything else he said really lol.....the PH pen or drops is/are a must dude....and soil Ph range is between 6.0 and 7.0 I think for when you get the meter........also dude, are you going to flower the auto's on 12/12 when you flip the photos into flower?

thanks for all the help guys, and from what I know about autos, you don’t have to change the light cycle for flowering isn’t that correct?

True dude.....but you do have to for photosensitive plants.....or have I misunderstood?....it happens often lol.....I like weed, a lot haha:pass:

Yes I have 2 regular plants upfront that are not autos.. they are one week behind so I have to figure that one out lol you think I can just keep them growing until my autos are done flowering? And than I can turn the lights to 12/12 or will that not work?

.....errrr depends on how big and tall your tent is lol....most autos take at least 12 weeks, by that time your photos would be massive, I imagine dude.....and photos can double or triple in size once flowering has started.

In a 2x2, the autos, unless stunted should more than fill. I usually figure 2 sq ft per small plant.

The photos will continue to grow, but that in itself is an issue. In a 5 month cycle, 2.5 months in veg, and 2.5 months in flower, roughly, 1 of those photos could be large enough to max a 4x4.
A 2x2 is 4 sq feet.
A 4x4 is 16.

Small tent photo runs are doable, but the norm is usually running 12/12 from seed.
This is a photo I ran last fall, she started when my autos were around 35 days, so she got about 45 days in veg before I flipped the lights, she would be on the walls of a 3x3.I also have almost 7 feet of headroom...
