Indoor Nelson's SOG, CFL, Bubbly tank grow.

I do cheat a little. I got two 100 watt LED panels at either end and I am going to add a third in the middle when I get the extra bread coming in. Thanks for the nice words.

this looks more like my clones on my old table. I got a 130 on that but i wasn't growing "plants" but just single buds. Very good looking. nnice job. never though you could do that with compacts. :)

Pumpkin spiced latte:

3tbspn pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
tiny dash of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and clove
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2tspn vanilla extract

Heat in microwave, pour into a big hot cup o' joe!

I got my second tote loaded with babies today. One more tote to go for the moment. Don't have any pumpkin stories but I did buy a can on pumpkin and a can of condensed milk.

not sure if this is the right place to ask but anyway.. nelson on average how long do you think it takes for a male auto to drop pollen im asking because i got my boys ang girls in the same cab for now but i would like to havest the pollen so soon i got to put them some where else and i was woundering what you thought an average age was or some sort of signal as to whaen they might start to open up....I hope i dont soud like a bunch of ramble, any help would help thank you.....

The males should be droppin pollen pretty good about weeks 4-5. I know i've read alot about people gettin males and isolating them, just giving them enuf light to produce pollen and keepin them on a water diet. I isolate them but they get the royal treatment and get full lighting and they get regular nute feeds just like the ladies so they produce max flowers and loads of pollen.

I have never tried to hold the males back but it sounds like a good idea to try. I wish there was a spray for the females that would prevent them from seeding when you don't want them too. I have a remote spot outside where I take my photos to breed and fo far I haven't had a problem with stray pollen on my outside plants. I have a honeymoon suite in my grow room with a separate heppa filter exhaust that I only run in the Winter when I am exhausting pollen I hope it isn't putting any out in the breeze. At least it isn't going around the house to the inlet to my SOG, Bubbly tank.

Last year I put upstairs some autos for polination by a photo thinking the photo females would not get polinated. I was wrong the Sweet Black Rose got polinated because it was too early. I will have to find another remote spot in the woods or use the Honeymoon suite in the summer if I want to do that again. The only drawback is that if I use a male for the photo it will have to be clipped wicked to fit under the lights in the Honeymoon suite. Just not enough headroom under the lights.

Today I finished loading the three totes with babies. Now just monitor my pH in the totes and the fertilizer level in parts per million. I aim for a pH of between 5.0 and 6.0. If it is between 5.0 and 6.0 I don't bother to correct it. My nutrient level is measured with my Hanna meter. I try to keep it between 700 and 800 ppm. again within this range I don't alter it.

Each tote holds 12 babies. They stay in the totes until sex shows in the babies. This usually happens within 5 weeks. I keep the first male that shows itself. I replant the male into soil and stick it into the Honeymoon suite. The same goes for the females. The plants just decide for themselves what I will breeding too. Sometimes I add a second female. The rest of the females go into the SOG Bubbly tank where they in flowering nuits. The first six plants that do not show auto tendencies I replant in soil and move into the carousel room.

I added the totes last year because I felt the plants would yield a little better starting in growing nuits.and benefit from lower lights. I have kept this practise this year. This year I will be adding another tote for rinsing the completed plants. I am going to give them a week of rinse period. If they don't burn well then I will give then two weeks of rinse period. I will be removing 2 litres of rinse water every day and adding the same with fresh rinse water.

Does anyone need to see pictures of the totes in the maternity ward? Ask any questions you like always glad to answer.

I always love baby pics......

Wow. they all look the same to me. A little stem with a few leaves o them. I was mostly referring to the tote setup. If no one wants to see the tote setup what I will do is take some poctures when the babies start to get branches and take their pictures and also when the sex starts to show.

I always love baby pics......
