Second grow using Biobizz series. A couple weeks ago I started noticing what I though was Calcium/Magnesium deficiency. Now I think I have iron deficiency caused by fan stress. The fan is now not blowing directly at plants.
The plant closest to the fan is most affected. The question I have is should I just throw it away? and focus on the other ones, since this stress may affect overall quality? I treated with foliar spray CalMagXtra yesterday at 1ml per liter at ph 6.5. The plants are 5 weeks old. The one most affected is Alaskan Purple photo-period feminized. the other strains are 3 Uk cheese feminized and 2 Bubblegum feminized(out of autoflower seeds). Also I wonder if I should put the humidifier outside the closet, since it's possible it will spray the closest leafs with water, which may leave some leaves constantly wet and might have an effect on the vapor pressure difference? bud rot could be an issue during flowering.

My feeding is currently 1ml rootmix, 1ml fishmix , 1ml Alg-a-Mic per 0.8 liter all from biobizz
Temperature: 20-25 Celsius
Humidity: mostly 60-65%
Soil: Biobizz lightmix
Light: 200w cfl. switching to HPS during flowering

I may have some cal/mag deficiency since the water here is very soft and alkaline.

Sorry if the post is unorganized.

I would just let it grow. The plants usually recover, it looks to be actively growing, and only a limited number of leaves look to have been affected.

No calcium deficiency there from what I can see. Epsom salt for magnesium. you can definitely overdo it but it is pretty hard. A teaspoon per gallon for a couple waterings certainly wont hurt and it will probably help. Overall they look pretty healthy.

The plant with the discoloration definitely has an issue that you don't want to continue to ignore. It looks to be a micro nutrient issue. Looks a lot like a classi zinc issue. Most common cause is ph. Calcium and Magnesium issues both start showing problems at the bottom of the plant, with the older leaves first, then works it's way up the plant (thats how mobile nutrients work).. Your issue is starting at the top, and working it's way down, and effecting newer growth.
That means it's an issue with an immobile nutrient. The other plants look fine. And yes, you should definitely consider moving that humidifier. I've seen all kinds of leaf/whole plant issues caused by humidifier residue landing on the leaves.

my first thought was, rotate plants.2nd dont ditch a plant unless ya have to.3rd is 5 are looking great and just 1 is poorly.....1 plant is just sensitive,so you not to far off in feedings.4th is biobizz is fairly light and at week 5 id be in the 2's and 3's ml feeds.5th i never been a fan of spraying plants, can raise the hm to 90% is seconds from 65%.and have a low vpd in one corner and a high vpd in opposite corner.according to biobixx rootjuice is for weeks 1&2.my opinion of rootjuice is... it costs X4 what fish/grow/bloom does and ya get X4 less in the bottle...it dont do much, same goes for bioheaven.
looking at pics its not cal/mag as Proph says.if your ph pen cost less than £40 it cant be trusted, sad but true.a £100 ph pen aint worth shit without....ph 4 ph 7 cleaning and storage fluids, and regular calibration every 2 weeks.

Thanks for all replies. I will give it a couple of days before I do anything rash. I forgot to mention. I run the lights 24/7 and have been doing it from the start, I have a hard time keeping the temperatures up. There are a lot of different opinions on it, but since this are photo-period its probably not ideal. I have a seedling mat beneath set to 22 degrees celsius, but it does not always manage to keep that temperature(its too low wattage), but over 18. I believe with the frostguard I installed, it should not be a problem with cold nights. So I will set it over to 18/6 shortly.

https://www.growbarato.net/blog/en/micronutrient-deficiencies-cannabis/ If you look at iron deficiency on this page it looks a lot similar however I agree that it could look like zinc too with the thin fingers. From what Ive seen the trouble started lower on the plant and slowly moved upwards. I will take some more pictures and post later. I will move the humider outside the closet, however I might mention I do have and external controller for it, which seems to work pretty well. shuts it of when humdity reaches desired setting. so when I do spray the humidty does not go much higher, than what its set for. I have 3 temperature and humidity measures. And they show about the same.

Some represensative from Biobizz said you could use rootkit all the way into flower. I try to use it up before it goes bad. They say their nutrients is good for about a year after opened, when properly stored. I'm skeptical since I get an unusually low ph from mixing the nutrients and at very low solution. Example: 1l tap water(ph 8.0) mixed with 1.2ml fishmix, 1ml alg-a-mic and 1ml root, gives a ph around 5. I suspect some of the nutrients may be old, but its hard to say, its been like that more or less since they were new. They smell okay, and alg-a-mic is nicely green. I do have a bluelab ph pen with all the necessities, I just need to start using it. I am light on the feeding, but they say less is more. I believe my first grow with autos got overfeed at half the recommended dose. Thank you for your input.
