I'd water small amounts each day for the next couple days. After a few days the roots will get down to where the rest is and you can let up some. You could also trim a little of the leaves on that one, kinda like when it was cut, reducing leaf area relieves overworked roots.

@Arthur I feeI like they look a ton better what ya think? My only concern now is the light green one not sure if it needs nitrogen or what.

I'd give it a couple days before going after something else, very possible it will all take care of itself as the girls get their feet back under them. Very likely it's just an underdeveloped root system.

The cheese might have me a little concerned if the colors in the photo are accurate. Phosphorus deficiency will not make a leaf light green, it will make a leaf deep green if deficient.

Am guessing you may be light on N.

Leaves seem to be tacoing upwards too just gave them 250ml ph'd water last night.
