Need help with LST. How to tie down the top?

Hello,
I'm using LST
I pulled the main top back to low, so the other tops grew faster. My timing is off.

Is there a way to predict when growth stops? Thanks

.... short answer is sort of,.. knowing how the specific strain behaves as bloom begins, how much stretch- if any- is possible... auto's can be highly variable strain to strain; Sativa dom. ones are more likely to stretch more during bloom (and take longer to finish) than Indica's are,... watch for first signs of sex, around 2.5-3 weeks old,...
