Indoor Need Help Week 6

It’s almost been a week . I have 2 indoor plants . I’ve noticed white spots, and holes. My lower leaves are curling up and dying . But the rest of the plant is growing. I’ve also noticed leaves are different colors . And a few leafs are like burnt . Please help I don’t know what to do and will it effect my plant .

The underside is wilting because it can't get out of the bucket to see light and escape moisture, pull dead leaves and let her be. The spots are probably nothing unless you see bugs on other side. The line is from leaf being crushed against pot.

my girls now leaves are coving everything up . I am doing LST but can I cut some leaves off or it would hurt it ?
