I apologize in advance as this is partially a continuation of my grow thread. I am in need of desperate advice so I am trying to maximize the amount of viewer participation. So please don't be too upset for doing this. I am highly concerned about my plants. I have to check these threads on a shitty cellphone that suffers from memory problems from loading the thread, so I have to favorite each thread in order to view it in its entirety. At the very least, use this thread if you ever face problems like I am facing. I also apologize for full size photos, but I wanted to make sure you all could see the details:

Okay so this is day 42, these plants are all the same age by germination standards except 2, which are still 5 days to a week behind.
I have 2 plants which one is still vegging as seen here and is pretty damn tall at 100cm. SDC14297.jpgShe is still growing!
The one in the back left is displaying sugaring of leaves and seems to have stopped vertical growth, is this one now in flowering? I have not changed or added any thing different to her feeding regiment either, she gets the same as the tallest plant.. SO CONFUSING!! Here is a close up of the top SDC14303.jpgShould I switch it to HPS?

I am constantly having to raise the light on the one side to help the 100cm tall plant, so the rest of my plants are not getting the amount of light they need. Should I isolate these two?

Okay moving on, I am having a lot of plants demonstrate N deficiency especially after N overdose, is this common? What would you advice for a course of action? I tried feeding one plant 10-4-6 to help it recover and it is now demonstrating clawing on some of the leaves: shown here: SDC14281.jpg On this plant should I flush it with a full flush, or a half flush? not all the leaves are clawing.

Here are the pictures of damage currently occurring and what they are recovering from: All plants but the tallest are demonstrating this damage: SDC14282.jpgSDC14283.jpgSDC14284.jpgSDC14285.jpgSDC14286.jpgSDC14287.jpgSDC14293.jpgSDC14292.jpgSDC14294.jpg

So here is the amount of vegetative death that I have pulled thus far:SDC14299.jpg

Here is how the top of the canopy looks, you wouldn't even know these problems were happening below the scene:
SDC14288.jpg

So is it normal that these two plants have completely taken off and the other 3 have sexed but have not started preflowering yet?

Please I am very thankful for all information and advice that you any of you all can give.. This sucks and is making me worried about health and yield.

The pic you showed looks like its flowering.

Im out of practice but it looks like more than one problem. What is the pH? How dry do you let the soil get before watering? The larger plant will drink and eat more. If the smaller plants are fed and watered the same it may cause soggy soil witch can change pH, kill roots and cause nutrient problems. yellowing and the dead spots/dying leaves are 2 problems i think.

Thanks for chiming in ACV, I have done my best to ensure the run-off of all the plants is currently between 5.9 and 6.2 ph levels. I let the soil get about 2 -3 inches dry from the top before watering again, I allow them to run-off 10%. I had to do a flush/half flush recently on ALL of them, as they were in the low 1000 levels of PPM of TDS. I Cut them all down to around 4-700 depending on size and age, and ensured ph was at 5.9 - 6.2 before putting them back under the light.

Even though they start showing sex it takes a while for them to start shooting up.From my experence the branch tips will fill up with pistols but they don't seem to grow much but after a while for what ever reason they start growing up like crazy and dont want to stop.Even plants started at the same will not all grow at the same speed. As far as those yellow leaves on the bottom that is normal and I see you have removed them. The rest of the plant looks good so ther shouldn't be a problem.

I thought yellow leaves on the bottom was only normal during the last week or two of the cycle? Any other time, and the plant is sick?

Dont mean to jack this thread but i have the same problem my bottom leaves are dieing but the tops look good does anyone want to answer the question??it would really help alot:D and thanks namvet for the response it was just really vag could someone please chime in with more input,Thanks

I dont understand how people look at the thread and know the answer but choose not to respond that kind of pisses new growers off all we want is help and frankly your just an asshole if you dont respond to a question were you know the answer.....................

bro im a newbie as well, but it seems to me with that many beautiful green leaves, having a couple yellow dead small ass leaves on the lowest of low branches is probably normal (not perfect but normal). if I'm wrong somebody please correct me, but i pull off tiny shit like that quite often.

The damage kinda looks like phos def to me, one of the flower nutes. Or the soil is staying wet too long and it's killing some roots. Yellow leaves later in flower is indeed a good thing. It means the plant is using stored energy in the leaves to grow. Which makes for cleaner burning buds. You are right on the money, you are far too early to see leaves like that.

Your PH is where it should be?

Your ? about the flowering, yeah that plant is in full flower mode now. You should see more white hairs and calyxes now. Some phenos will frost up while others won't. Same with height. Some big some small, depends how much selection has been done on the line your growing.

The biggest thing with autos, is each plant will have different nutrient needs. When I run a new strain the first run isn't usually the best looking group. After you get a feel for the line, you will get big yeilds and healthy plants all the way through.

I have seen clawing on my plants from swings in PH from the water i gave them. I used to assume it was N tox, but I am not so sure these days. I have a suspicion that PH swings can have the same effect. Nothing proven though, just a hunch.

Edit:
Here is a cool chart i keep around. Kinda hard to see the writing. But you can get a good idea. Now the question is WHAT is causing the def. Is your soil PH off, are the nutes off? That is what you need to work on finding out!

regarding your plants that you feel arent getting enough light , you should raise them by placing books/cd cases or whatever to raise all the plants so the canopies are level. personally i think your ph maybe a bit on the low side , i would normally aim for 6.3 to 6.5 if you're growing in soil. i have had similar issues and i think low ph and ph swings have caused it. other than that your plants look really healthy and once you get your ph and your nutrient uptake sorted thet should recover very well. best of luck bro:smokebuds:
