Need help and advise autoflowers

Hello I’m on day 22 of my critical autoflowers have been just been giving ph6.5 water from seed noticed these problems my first time grow so not sure would like some help and a solution if anyone can help I I’ll link photos I have 3 issues which is like rust spot on leaves and white lines I think on the other leaf at the new growth also have brown tip coming on new growth appreciate all the help as don’t wanna loose this little ladies not used any nutes germinated in soil 11l air pots temps are 28c on and lights off they drop to 22c with this cold weather is this alright ? humidity is 40-60% got my light about 24 inches away from top I started LST 3 days ago

Also have to this hand never used used it any one know about this and if it alright for autos cause was told can be given straight from the start ? I know it helps with leafs but was unsure gunna give the little ladies frost feed today 1/4 strength of grow and half strength of cal mag as a precaution what do you guys think ?

Will post better pictures with a LED off apart from that they seem healthy nice green colour seem to be responding good with LST just wanna try sort it before it comes an issue

I use cyco nutes in dwc and I follow their schedule strait up except I follow week one for 10 days. Then I adjust for shortend growing cycle by dropping a week here and there

I used the uptake till it was gone from the beginning till flush but I supplement with extra humic/fulvic with ful-power fulvic acid it has a higher concentration of the short chain molecules. Humic acids help chelate your nutrients and make them more available to the plant and at a wider ph range. It is easy on the plant even at higher strength.
