Need an opinion on LED lights

To elaborate lol. I've been running on two 100w SF lights since July. They are decent starting lights. I just got my Mars TSW2000 and it is awesome, I unboxed that yesterday and got it all set up. I love that I can put my controls and/or drivers outside of the tent. The functionality of the dimming on each is the same, but it cannot be separately mounted with the SF. I did also just get the HLG 100R as well, just put that one up today. Another solid choice, though it is not dimmable. It is super light weight though, which is nice.

I ended up putting the HLG in my 2x2, and moving the two SF in with the Mars light in my 4x4, cause why not lol.

Hi, I was looking at the FC-E 4800 for a 4 by 4. What do you think?

My opinion is they are all pretty much the same Samsung lights. So that leaves the discussion to price/watt, drivers, heatsinks, layout, and who gets the better Samsung bins. I would likely bet they all even get their boards stuffed by the same board builder. There is no special sauce to current leds, it's samsung diodes (mostly lm301b/h) , driver, heatsink.

Samsung has just released new EVO leds for horticultural use. An upgrade to their lm301h I’m certain. The led lights are different in terms of colour spectrums. Which leds are used hand in hand, the colour ratios etc all affect the spectrum. The method of heat dispensation also affects the efficiency. There is tons of lights out there to choose from, but there are a lot of shitty lights out there that can easily trap buyers in with fake info, and offering good prices. If you get back to us with budget and grow space, we can help you choose which is the probable best for your budget

Hi folks, my dilemma is between the mars FC-E 4800 or spider farmer SF4000. @MrAutoGrower my budget is around €500. Grow space 4*4, Thanks
