Need a good pictorial guide for specific LST

Looking for a good guide for LST that is better than most that I've found. Most just say tie branches down but not much more than that. And there is a pictorial guide that would be great too. Especially if its done using graphics instead of photos.

I have a few grows under my belt and I have done quite bit of amateur LST and also some topping. But I still learning to find my way. Its not easy to learn for me. And I want to be more methodical about it and not just "wing it". If I wing it I can never remember how I got to the end state.

What I want to look at is how to tie down the main stem early and then what you do with the rest of the branches after that. I even read an AFN tutorial that mentioned where to locate and position the ties on the main stem so that when you work on the side branches next it all works together. This sounds like what I want to know. But I could not understand the guide. Mostly because photos suck for training guides IMO. Graphic pictorials are better for us old guys with vision challenges.

Best pic i could find

'Carpe diem et fumum veriditas'

that was the best one I could find too. I kind of developed my own approach since this thread started. And I'm very happy with the way it works. Best LST i've done to date. On day 27 now and 10 plants are looking perfect for a level and open canopy. I can't wait to see how they look around day 40 and flowering hard.

The best way i can explain lst is . Try to make the main stem and branches grow out horizontally to allow light to the nodes and to try and keep all growing tips level with each other. If one gets higher than the others it will take over dominance and will become the strongest . Which you try to prevent so you tie it down again. It is an ongoing process of moving ties and adding new ties .
