This year I'm totally into the whole helpful bacteria and mycorrhiza. So the first thing I did this year was prep the coco and part of that was mixing in microlife bio nova. This got a couple of mycorrhizae in it.

I use Mycotrex from Biotabs in actual grow...I think so behave it ;-)

I use Dynomyco.

I use native microbes , as in what is in the soils around me , gather a hand full from here and there and add to the soil I am building , so I would say I get lots of different types , they will sort them selfs out .
