You are good with the nutes, thats good soil. I would feed water, feed. You shouldn't need molasses too often but it does feed the soil life. Make sure you ph your feeds. Will you be using cal mag? If so, it goes in first, then nutes, then adjust the ph.

Yeah I'm using cal mag and OK I didn't know that it went in first. Thanks man I appreciate it. PH should be like 6.5 right?

And what would happen if the life in the soil started to die off?

I think that you are ok. The chemical nutes feed the plants. The molasses helps feed the soil . A lot of us are using recharge, it adds the micros to the soil and wont burn them. Its very good stuff, used weekly. Its a powder so i just top dress with it and water it in.

OK I'll have to check it out. How do you know when the micros in the soil are low tho?

You don't know. Recharge just give them a regular dose. Chemical feed really kill natural life. Its not needed with the chems. Im trying to go organic, smaller plants but no chemicals. Im after quality so im happy learning. Then i can work on size.
Earthworm castings, ewc is a great natural supplement you can mix in your soil or make a tea to occasionally feed with. Put some molasses in it and bam, organic feed. Doesn't have all you need but it helps.

I Dont really know to much about the teas. You just the ingredients with water?
