What would happen if I put a tea in that didn't brew for 24 hours like 12 hours instead

Your plant would drink it from the soil. Brewing the tea for a longer period allows the organisms in the tea to grow and multiply and they begin to feel good about themselves.

Yeah cause I have some tea that like 10 hours in and my plants starting to droop from no water what u think I should do

Give them a little water but don't soak the plants. Just enough until you are ready to drench them with tea.

It kinda seems like there is newer tops growing but the tall ones aren't really growing anymore
