Been quiet a while sense I have posted on here. Took a brake from growing a little but cant help it and started back up. I try to grow as organic as I can super soil style with a layered soil and just add water. This is 3 plants in a 10 gallon pot at about day 45 from surfacing. 2 plants are Himalayan Blue Diesel and one is my own Purple M-80 that's a 50/50 cross of Buddha seeds purple Kush and Short stuffs strain MI5 at F2. I started a lot of other strains and had a lot of other plants in the tent. The plan was to find a good M-80 father and take the strain to F3 but that did not happen. I was picking for color this go and the M-80 fathers did not purple for me. I picked a purple cross I have that's 75% Purple Kush and 25% MI5 but only at F1. I tried to take the father strain to F2 but the female I kept went full herm on me and had to be destroyed. I had a Cal/Mag deficiency at week 3 and had to give a light feeding of Cal/Mag. I need to do it again. I will fix this issue next time with the mix. I also had too much nitrogen in my mix which I have done a lot. My purple strain uses a lot less nitrogen than most and likes higher Cal/Mag than normal too. I am growing in a 50/50 mix in the bloom layer of a subcool super soil mix and my own mix. My mix was off so I cut it 50/50 with subcool super soil mix.My bloom mix is a mix of roots organic soil, steer manure, lime, bat guano which I will be changing to seabird guano next time, epsom salt, Azomite, green sand and kelp meal. I thought the cups I was using to measure the manure were 12 ounce but found out there 18 :( Going to try using some chicken manure next time too lightly. I was using 3 cups of manure. Going to cut the mix back to 24 ounces of steer and start at 8 ounces of the chicken next time. If I would not have used so much manure in my mix it would have been fine for the grow or good enough for a seed grow. I need to up almost every thing though for next time and cut back on the manure. I normally use manure in my veg mix and cut it this time so though I could up the bloom mix but was wrong. These plants have been started and grown under my 600W HPS with 24 hour light cycle and have never seen a dark cycle. Don't judge me I am lazy. I transplanted from solo cups at week 2 in to 1.5 gallon pots tell about week 4 than to the single 10 gallon they all share. I did not want to water 3 plants. They were larger but I topped them at week 3 and trimmed about half the plant off of each one at week 4 when transplanted so they would all fit in the single pot.

Pictures did not want to load first post. From left to right all pictures are different plants. The left is my M-80. As you can see from the other 2 pictures one plant looks happy and the other is lacking Mag. When I filled the 1.5 gallon pots I did not measure and the one needing mag probably just got less of the bloom mix when I potted it.

You can see in the 5th picture I need to feed Cal/Mag. I also am not controlling humidity which is a very small issue, nothing to worry too much about but it would be nicer if I could raise it slightly. Temps are right around 80*. Humidity varies around 15-25%. I think my problem with needing Cal/Mag is I use bottled water.
