When I decided on going with LED lighting I did a lot of research because I wanted the best LED light which would put out what was promised. I had more questions then I did answers at the start and I was calling every company that caught my eye and looking for answers and facts, and was digging into what they claimed on the phone to see if it was true. When I dealt with Mark, at Platinum LED I was happy to get my questions answered clearly with facts and to have things explained to me; not a salesman trying to sell me something with fancy words. When I turned to YouTube to research companies and lights by customer reviews and tests again I found Platinum LED was really stacking up to their claims.
I did end up deciding on a P-300 which took me from small plants all the way through veg and as I got near flowering, I was looking to buy a 2nd P-300 and instead Mark helped me realize the potential of going to the P-450 instead of just using two P-300's. In the end I did run the P-300 & the P-450 together and the biggest issue I was was trying to untangle things later on because it just became a huge vine wrapped jungle of layer after layer deep from the tops to the bases. In the end I was so impressed I have upgraded to two P-450's and I've never been happier with the results.
There is a lot of LED companies out there, but I've never been happier or more taken care of as a customer than I have been with Platinum LED and I've seen the results of my P-450 compared to another top brand LED light of another person and even he admitted there was no difference in the results, but he seriously paid way more for his light. What impressed me the most is that he even said next time he will buy Platinum LED as he felt I had the better light. For me one of the best things is you call and you always deal with Mark, and nobody else, he takes care of everything, no excuses... that man is always on top of it and ready to take care of you the customer to ensure your happiness and success.
I say all of these things about Platinum LED because they are 100% true and that has honestly impressed me in today's world; where customers are just a number connected to any call center that is willing to do the job the cheapest possible and you get the Que card answers and the hollow apology if something isn't right with a product. Sadly I've gotten in trouble to saying these things in other places (NOT HERE) when someone asks about what people think of this brand of LED light... because I firmly believe people should get an idea of the truth behind a company in full detail. Their lights are powerful and amazing, no complaints at all in any, way, shape or form... they truly are great and amazing lights. Once you try them you will see it for yourself, but even talking to Mark, watching him in the YouTube video's and turning on the light for the first time you quickly realize these lights are powerful and amazing.
