Howdy everyone this is going to be my attempt an a pure organic grow. This will also be my first photoperiod grow! The no-till concept interested me. Being able to reuse your soil over and over and having to rely on your little critter friends instead of chemicals sounded pretty awesome. I found a good recipe on another site, if you're interested in it you can Google "no-till revisited" and find the exact recipe there.

I definitely give credit to that post and the people behind it for giving me the inspiration to go for it. If this idea interests you you should check that post out as well.

This will be an indoor grow using a 2x4x6ft tent and one Autocob. I'm planning to add one more later on in it's life.

I put my soil into a 20 gallon pot a few weeks ago to let it cook for a few weeks while my photo lambsbread clone I purchased grew big enough to transplant. There are also about 50 red wiggler worms inside the pot.

Today is the day I transplanted her into her new home.

Dusted her roots with some azos and dropped her in the hole. I then watered her in with a gallon of aloe vera water.

This'll also be my first scrog attempt as well, I've got it currently at 9 inches, I may lower it a bit more in time.

Overall I'm very excited to learn about and utilize this style of growing, I can't wait to see the results of this one!

Thanks a lot Raoul! I'm hoping for a beast here! I love sativas and there aren't a lot of sativa dominant autos so I'm really looking forward to having this in my stash.

Interested to see the no till.method I really the idea behind it but not feesible for me now

Yeah it's a great idea but kinda expensive up front. Overall though I'm hoping it'll save me money and time in the end.

Here's another update, not really gonna count the days until I flip her. I wanna do it soon but it's very cold in this room, I need the lights on 24/7 to maintain temps. I'm thinking of maybe getting an aquarium heater or something to help during lights off. A few days ago she was topdressed with some malted barley powder, but overall she's been getting plan water every other day. I'll give her some neem/kelp tea tomorrow. I've also lowered the scrog to 8 inches.

As the cover crop is coming in, I'm slowly covering the soil with more hay

Overall looking good might be able to tuck her in a few days.

Day 1:

I decided to flip her to 12/12 last night, so today is day one of flower for her. I'm beginning to tuck her under the scrog as well. She got a gallon of water this morning. Everything is going smoothly.

Day 7:

Today marks seven days after changing the lights to 12/12. I don't see any female parts on her so I wonder if it's officially flower yet lol. I trimmed the cover crop and raised the height of the scrog back to 9 inches. I was beginning to see some flyers in this tent so I watered in some nematodes last night. Something else that concerns me is the RH, it's currently at 60% already with no bud sites yet. I bought a mini dehumidifier but it's not working I'll probably have to scale up. Other than that she's looking great and growing fast!

Looking good! I'm doing a no till, although, it's not organic per se. However, the nutrient I'm using seems agreeable with life in the soil, my red wigglers are doing fine. I did and organic grow last time. This time, I merely cut out the stumps from the pots and planted in the holes. And they are doing very well! Here's one!

Good luck with your grow!

Thanks pop, what nutes are you using? I was curious about trying something like that with biobizz nutes, coco, and worms.
