Gnome Automatics My Journey to ALF#5

It wasn't me, I promise! :crying:

How many days will you let her go before you harvest the seeds?
Haha oh I know the poppa lol and the guy who introduced me lol.

They’ll go 4 weeks at least on this. 3 weeks should be fine but I want as many mature seed as I can get.

Breeding them on the farm I’ve been letting them go 4 weeks and the seeds are beautiful.

Can they stay on the plant too long?

So anvil is more like a 9 week plant than 8. Shes bigger so she takes a little longer. However i can say yeah theyll be fine for 4 weeks on the plant. In testing ive let them go 5 weeks and they fall out diring the dry phase other than that no issues

Keep up the awesome job @FullDuplex and I can't wait till we're able to procure your strains.
Balance and consistency is my end game.. I want the grower to see what i see in the garden. when they crack these seeds i want them to be able to see what they have seen here. Thats the reason that i try to be transparent in my breeding as much as i can be here..

Share the tips to help others go down a path that has been very kind to me.I can't give it ALL away but there are tips that i can share.

Soon, i am working on a project that could make these available to the public. Ive come to far and want all my ducks in a row and that includes the end product.

*sigh* I still want to try my hand at breeding this year but time is getting tight and space is tighter... Looking mighty fine though man!

Thanks Elle, i appreciate it. It really is something that you should try. Winter is coming and we are about to be indoors for a few months. Even if you read a little more about it its information gained. Start small, think about it this way. Crawl before you walk, take the few min that you have in your down time (if you get it i have a toddler and im pinching time as we speak) but get a small male and under stand them. You may not make seed on the first run but take a male and isolate it. He does not need much attention just kept alive to produce pollen, give him a cfl and watch how he changes and learn when pollen really drops. That way when you are ready after learning them you can go full bore. Take what you have and make it something you love down the road.:pass:

Those are very wise words my friend! I have dropped two reg seeds and will see what comes up. There's a reasonable chance of a male out of those two. I do have to decide whether I put them together in a big pot on my Wilma (which is vacant due to non-germination) or keep them separate in much smaller pots. Decisions decisions!

May I drop you a pm please? I would like some advice but I don't want to go spouting my potential plans here in case they come to naught.
