Hello guys,

When I first done my research on LEDs, I got caught in biased reviews and ended up getting a BestVA 600.

Now I know that it's far from the best available stuff, but I'd like to share thoughts with growers that have used it for a least a grow from seed to harvest, if any.

That surely would help people understand what they get into with that Led without knowing so much about pars and lumens and all that complicated stuff, or just taking someone's word for it.

Thanks in advance.. I'm praying for your colas...

That lite will grow weed but the par is a little week. There are better lites for a little more money that have top end diodes and top end drivers.Viper specter has a few good lights that are fairly cheap. If you need help just ask me.

I think @skeeter456 and @Tree Fiddy both have BestVA lights at the moment.

What size tent have you got and how many plants are you trying to run? You might be able to just supplement with another small but good light and turn out ok in the end. Also, what sort of budget do you have? I believe the forum in general likes the MarsHydro TS600 and TS1000 for "budget" lights that are quite good. I have a TS1000 and a Migro Aray-2 myself.

Nice one @DCLXVI ..

Yeah I was actually checking on Mars Hydro this morning, plus they have a European website, which helps for me.

My tent is tiny 80x80x160 cms (2.7x2.7x5.4)
Got three autos in 3 gallon pots (you can check my skinny girls' grow journal if u want )

Cheers @namvet25 I'll defo need help soon as I'm about to upgrade.

I'd like to talk to people who have lived it though..
my Current led is also a viparspectra, yielded me over half a pound with one plant. But that’s not just down to the light alone obviously. I use the p2000 £279 think it’s a little cheaper now. Marshydro do better lights at cheaper prices if you catch a discount,.seriously worth considering . Good luck bud.

Run what you've got for now and see how it goes! Managing watering, feeding, light schedule, height, intensity, etc.... it seems like there is always something to do. If you're EU, I would highly recommend looking at Migro. They're out of Ireland but again, budget sometimes is the biggest constraint for most of us. How's the legality for you? A few $$ at operational security can be worth a lot.

Thats the same size tent I have and I ran a mars hydro ts1000 just for a couple days and it was bright enough to cover my area. I took the ts1000 off cuz im currently testing a Mars hydro FC3000. Another thing is you can mount the driver of the ts1000 outside so less heat in the tent for about 120 USD so euros around 70ish (no clue on exchange rates :jointman:)
