They definitely look a little bit stunted, but also your first grow on day 23 does not look extremely good (but better and bigger than this). Let us know if they recover with the extra water/nutes.
I am on my first couple of grows as well. I do really think that beginners should stay as far away from coco as possible, that stuff is not for beginners. In my first grow, I had to restart 4 times because I had this kind of issue (underdeveloped plants), I had to fuck with pH and a lot of hassles that made everything hard. I found a guide that was like "easy growing guide for dummies" and was based on coco, made it look easier but hey, reality was far from that guide.
I switched to soil and I never had these problems again. Get biobizz light add some extra perlite to it and you will be surprised what just tap water and soil can do. I am not saying coco is bad, but I think is for more advanced level: you need to feed earlier risking to burn the plant, you genereally have to fuck around more with nutes and also gotta keep pH on check. You can avoid all this with soil. I never check pH. I don t feed before end of week 3 and plants grow vigorously.
Just my opinion, anyway I would not restart over, see if they recover.
