New Grower My first grow. Few questions and looking for advice

Hey everyone! This is my first ever grow and wanted to know if my setup sounded ok or if anyone had any advice. I found a video by someone on youtube named cali green and I basically copied his setup because it looked like he got good results. I can always upgrade things as I go and learn.

I'm using a 2x4x6 secret jardin tent with 2 300 watt King led lights. I got a 6" Active Air inline fan and matching AA 6" carbon filter (hope they work well because no smell is top priority) My carbon filter and fan are both pretty big though and the tops of them are touching the top of the tent. Is that ok?

I'm planning to do 3-4 smart pots of with oF mixed with perlite and maybe happy frog with some Tyrone Specials. Ive got maxibloom,calmag, kelp and liquid seaweed. Does it sound like I would get decent results with this set up? Do you think I should try one plant in a DWC?

You are overkill with the filter for sure which is a great thing, I would ask around about happy frog soil I have heard somewhere around here it might not be very consistent I may be wrong but I will look into it. Smart pots are great for a container. What do you mean by oF. It sounds like you want to grow organic. We have a vendor on here that has super soil it is called Kind soil they are in the vendors section and there is some really good test grows going on there. I grow with soil less mix and a mixture of organic and non organic fertilizers and boosters

That's good to hear about the filter. I was hoping to get a bit more then i need from it. I ordered it and then read Phresh is the best and kind of started freaking out worrying it won't be good enough haha. By oF I meant fox farms ocean forest. I heard the same thing about it that it might not be very consistent and may need to be mixed with something so I thought maybe happy frog. I'll look into Kind soil sounds like good stuff.
I was gonna go organic becuase i figured it might be easier to not accidentally nute burn them. I'm not opposed to non organic though and would incorporate them or maybe be fun to do both and compare.

being new and wanting to insure you grow huge good bud. First off smart pots are great they air prune insuring huge rootball. if you can afford it because you are new I would go with Advanced nutrients Sensi A/B grow and bloom base nutrients PH perfect, Root builder by green planet and big bud and overdrive by advanced nutrients and general organics cal mag supplement and if you can afford it nirvana to by advanced nutrients. That would be it. You start feeding at day ten sensi a/b grow 1 mill a liter and root builder 1 mill a liter. Let me know if you are interested i will lay out a grow regime for you. Any hydro shop should be able to get that for you if they do not have it already. Where abouts are you in this world it is PM I will say nothing you know like england usa or Canada if USA what state that I kind of need to know because green planet root builder is not available in California yet.

I agree with above on overkill on filter.which isnt bad at all but id get a fan speed controller so it aint running wide open.(you may hav one in just didnt list it).sounds like a good start tho
