Lighting My First Grow...Amused to Death

I would not flush yet. I personally would watch her for a day and see if she perks back up. Color looks good and I don't think anything is wrong. No burnt tips or yellowing. She almost looks thirsty if anything. But I am still new so hopefully you can get more experienced advice. Just don't panic.
As I've read, I come up with two different variations of 'flushing'.

one, where you water with many times the container size then water with nutes that you have just removed.

two, where you just stop with the nutes and just give plain water.

i understand the flushing of just providing water while she is finishing.

I'm thinking I probably should have flushed her with lots of water to remove salts before flowering but it's too late now. I just hope I didn't screw her up in any way.

Is it okay to go through a grow and not 'flush'? Meaning the flushing of 3 times the container size.

Hey everybody....I've got an issue with girl #3. I noticed last night a few of her leaves folding lengthwise and bending down. (I also posted in live help so hope it's okay to post here as well). She got fed Thursday eve and is not ready for more liquids However......should I flush her and then re-feed? I have sledgehammer from FF. if I do flush, what should I give her as far as nutes? Or should I leave her alone?

turns out to be nitrogen toxicity. No big problem. Just ph'd water the next couple feedings.

Thanks Don. I'll have to post updated pics but I am almost afraid to. lol. (I will tonight)

I did a flush a week or two ago and I believe that I screwed it up. A couple of days after the flush, I started having major problems. I used Sledgehammer but I think my mistake was not flushing out the Sledgehammer enough. Also, I think I was in a noob panic and the flush was unnecessary.

3 of my girls have most all of their fan leaves turning yellow and showing burns that may or may not be cal. or mag....or both. They are also showing signs of what I think may be phosphorous def, Nitrogen def and nitrogen toxicity. LOL A whole smorgasbord of FUN! lol. It is my first grow and so I am not getting upset or frustrated.......now. It is a learning experience. They are at week 8-1/2 so getting close to harvest soon anyway. I may see just how far I can push them. I do have buds but the plants are smaller due to issues I did at the beginning of the grow.

2 of my girls, the most mature are showing slight cal/mag issues but otherwise green. They have some nice buds going albeit, smaller than what I see here on the threads.

I'm not too sure but I also think I had too much LED in my 2x4 tent and they were too close to the girls. I had 2 96x3's and 1 48x3 MarsHydros at about 10". Last weekend I took out the 48x3 and raised the 96x3's to about 18"+. So far. they seem to be doing okay but again, leaves are still turning yellow. They'll get fed either tonight or tomorrow. I am concerned about 1 girl as if this keeps up, she will lose most all of her fan leaves and she is the largest, most promising but she is the one that needs more time.

I also have 3 new babies going. They are a week old and so far, doing great. I am going to do them with GO nutes to give that a try. Also I have done some different things with the soil this time around.

As far as a first harvest..........5 plants....(smaller plants)....I think I'd be happy to get an OZ from each but then again, that may be wishful thinking.

pMunch.

Thanks Faded. I'm somewhat concerned about the bigger fan leaves turning yellow on girl 5 but you know.....it s what it is. .....and of course, everything looks so much worse under the LEDs! Lol. I pull them out into the normal light and then hmmmm....they's not so bad. Lol

I'm not stressing it. Seriously Faded.....thanks for the encouragement and positive vibes!
