BUT #1 for stoner movies is How High, hilarious comedy, 3 friends one dies, other 2 get high and spill their friends ashes on a growing MJ plant, when harvested they smoke it and when high see the ghost of their friend, they spend the day getting high and getting in trouble....

As the main character, The Chosen One, Oedekerk sets off to avenge the deaths of his parents at the hands of kung-fu legend Master Pain. Along the way, he encounters some strange characters, one of which is a cow trained in the martial arts.)

And another one which is more of a classic by now than the above mentioned (and uses the same format as well )
-Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid (Steve Martin flick)

Anyhoo, I find these two to be extremely enjoyable while baked. The S.Martin movie might be a tad slow sometimes but it does deliver the laughs.
