More defol?

Healthy plants with developed root systems can definitely take it. I completely leaf strip (schwazzing) my plants 2-3 times during flowering to be able to grow SOG without ending up with a bunch of larf. I wouldn’t be able to get away with growing 2 pounds in 8 square feet without all the leaf plucking.

Wow m8 :worship: that is just absolutely amazing.. so much bud.. can i ask.. on the schwazzing.. do you do any defol during veg or just strip during flower? Do you strip when you feel they need it or at set points in flower?

Your pics are absolutely evidence of what you say for me.. that a strong healthy plant can take multiple strippings.. never mind a bit of 'standard' defol I'm blown away by that SoG bro.. stunning :worship:

Inspired by @420autoflower i started trimming anything that blocked a bud site and they showed no signs of slowing down. Theyre tiny due to me being clueless and new but they’re tough girls. My second run is half the age (24 days) and just as tall (knowledge is power lol) but also is experimental and I tried a little defol early on one where I clipped first and second fans in an attempt to give full light to all new growth. So far so good, thanks much for sharing those beautiful pics as theyre very inspiring indeed.

You gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelette. Once the second week of flower starts, I begin to strip the lower and stretch the canopy. Any buds that are a little lower that look like they may have some potential, I let those stay to see what they do for a bit. From here on out I continue to strip the lower 1/3+ of the plant and clear out any heavy foliage in the interior as I go. It's a process (for me) to decide what needs to go at a given time. Just need to find the methods that give you the results you desire. As you futz around more and more, you figure out what works and maybe get a little bolder with every run.
