Dragon Meds Moonstone Portal - a little help from my friends

I have been lucky enough to win a ten pack of Moonstones and was curious about portals so I ended up here. I am interested in growing for medicinal purposes and seem to have lucked into a strain that could be of great benefit. I have epilepsy and also suffer from sciatica. The epilepsy and medication I take for it gives me anxiety as well. Moonstone seems to be pretty nice for these conditions.

I am also interested in growing some of the other portals and if anyone has suggestions on what strains to try out I'd appreciate any input. Do these strains have a longer flower time than most autos? I see the flower time is 9-14 weeks for moonstone. Should these be grown like a faster flowering photo? What is the preferred light cycle?

Just seeking a little knowledge before I get going with the Moonstones.

Try the Black Stone or Stone Dragon for a more nighttime/pain relief type effect.

I think they flower most like any other auto's but the length of time you let them go before harvest has a profound effect on the type of medical effects you get.

Stone puts out a long range of time for harvesting because the medicinal benefits change slightly as the trichomes go from clear-cloudy, cloudy, cloudy-amber, & amber. I have only grown the Hydra out to flower & currently have Mumbling Dragons going so I can't tell you how the Moonstones are.

Hey...moonstone is a great med strain, though i have only grown one so far it was a great small plant. Highly recommend Stone Dragon/Blackstone as well as ruby and Amber. Fantastic bud across the board.

Thanks I am really stoked on the win! I have been really busy of late but plan to really explore the portals and forums. I like what i have read about them so far. Compassionate people who create great medicinal strains your moonstones look niiiice! Stone Dragon and Nebula are a couple I have been looking at

I really wish there was more room in the tent now! Gives me a couple months for the compost and new soil batch to be ready

I am looking forward to trying out the Nebula...have to get some seeds for that strain. I was chatting with a guy that was telling me its a speedy strain with some done at 55 days. Iam very impressed with the portal...so far i have yet to have one of their plants let me down. Not the biggest plants, but very, very fine smoke.
