Hate to say it but that LED panel wont grow pot plants well at all.... You don't need to get HID lighting though.... I borrowed 6 of those LED panels (same exact kind) from a buddy to try and use on my party cups and they all just started to die and stunt, and all leaves started to discolor.....
As soon as I gave them a 125 watt CFL they took off again, but man was I disappointed by that LED panel..... People even complain about the 1 watt diodes so 0.3 watts is not a lot at all...

See how you are losing the lower leaves on the plants in there? That could be a deficiency but after using the LEDs you have, my perfectly healthy plants started to look the same within 2-5 days because the lower leaves did not get enough light at all....

I would scrap the led and get what you can from it or use as supplemental side lighting and then get a T5 panell or a cheap DIY CFL fixture with around 250 actual watts.... That would be great for the 2 plants you have, at least for now...

Good grow karma sent and I hope you can get some more light on those plants :smokeit:

Yea i thin ima have to do a diy cfl. Good thing its still early in the day maybe i can get it done today

Well 32 dollars later i made a DIY cfl its my first one its not the best but i think its alot better then the LED i was using. how far away do you keep CFL? i always kept my LED around 2 inches. i used 2 23 watt 6500k i tried finding higher wattage with the 6500k but couldnt so ill have to order it online any suggestions?

The CFLs can stay real close to plants, one to two inches at most.

Those 2 lights are better than the LED but still not enough to grow any sort of yield... try ordering online and look for 42 watt bulbs, they are common and a good way to split power 6 ways as described below....

A good way of cramming a bunch of lights into one space is to use the vanity strips, the type for above bathroom mirrors. They're cheap and you can get a 3 socket strip with a splitter like you have already in each to get 6 total bulbs in a small space.... at 6 bulbs X 42 watts, that's almost 300 actual watts from a cheap method!
